Kyle Stoudnour, Founder of K&S Consulting & Concierge, LLC, carries forward a proud family legacy built on craftsmanship, integrity, and service. His late grandfather co-founded Stoudnour & Stortz Construction Inc. and K&S Plumbing, Inc. two respected Lehigh Valley companies that helped shape the region through residential developments and commercial development — including opening Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom. Kyle’s father continued this tradition, earning a reputation for quality work and unwavering trust with every client he served.
Although Kyle initially pursued a different path, his professional journey ultimately brought him full circle. With more than a decade of experience in hospitality and managing luxury estates - properties for Ultra-High-Net-Worth and celebrity families across New York, Palm Beach, Los Angeles, and Aspen, Kyle found himself immersed in many of the same disciplines his family mastered — overseeing multimillion-dollar renovations, coordinating complex construction projects, and maintaining properties to the highest standard of excellence.
